A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, February 21, 2001, at seven forty-eight o’clock p.m. in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – Chairman Barry, Councilors Bray, Carr, Clemente, Grebien, Moran, and Wildenhain.
Absent –Councilors Hodge, and Hoyas.
Chairman Barry presides.
The reading of the records of February 7, 2001, is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.
The matter of a FORMAL HEARING is held on the following license:

A FORMAL WARNING AND FINE in the amount of $250.00 (1st offense) is imposed on the Class A liquor license of Atlantic Group Holding Inc., d/b/a Lonsdale Wine & Spirits, 465 Lonsdale Avenue. LIC#10265 for the following reason:
