Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners

A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, August 23, 2000, at twelve four o’clock p.m. in City Council Chamber, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – Chairman Barry, Councilors Carr, Clemente, Grebien, Hodge, and Wildenhain.
Absent – Councilors Hoyas and Moran
Chairman Barry presides.
The reading of the records of August 9, 2000, is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.
Communication from Fred Duffy, FAD Food Enterprises, Ltd. d/b/a The Dublin Inn, 214 Columbus Avenue, Pawtucket RI, requesting permission to expand its existing facility 550 square feet, enclosing the patio area, is READ AND ORDERED FILED AND APPLICANT IS REFERRED TO DISTRICT COUNCILOR.
Upon motion made by Councilor Bray, seconded by Councilor Clemente, the following License is WITHDRAWN WITHOUT PREJUDICE, on a unanimous voice vote:
Class F-1 (Full Privilege)-
Petition of Capeverdean American Community Development, to hold a Cook Out in the parking lot of 120 High Street, on Saturday, September 2, 2000, at 8:00 p.m. until 1:00 a.m., LIC# 65

With majority consent of the Council, Councilor Bray introduces the following communication:
