A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, May 5, 1999, at seven forty-one o’clock p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
Present - Chairman Barry; Councilors Bray, Carr, Clemente, Grebien, Hodge, Hoyas, Moran, and Wildenhain.
Absent - 0.
Chairman Barry presides.
The reading of the records of April 21, 1999, is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR BRAY.
With majority consent of the Council, Councilor Bray introduces the following communication:

With majority consent of the Council, the following motion made by Councilor Bray, seconded by Councilor Hodge, is passed on a unanimous voice vote:
The Clerk is instructed to notify the officers of the Dante Alighieri Club, 22 Hurley Avenue, Pawtucket, RI, to appear at a FORMAL HEARING scheduled for Wednesday, May 19, 1999, at 7:30 p.m. to answer the Disturbance Complaints filed by the police department.
Communication from Captain Stephen P. Ormerod, to Chief George Kelley, III. (Activity report - Club Cosmopolitan - April 14, 16, 17, 18, 1999) is READ AND ORDERED FILED.
Communication from Ralph T. Garner, President Country Lounge, Inc. d/b/a Tommy’s Lounge, 99 India Street, requesting permission to add a 1326 square foot expansion to the front of the building, is READ AND ORDERED FILED.

Upon motion made by Councilor Hoyas, seconded by Councilor Hodge, the request from Ralph T. Garner, President Country Lounge, Inc. d/b/a Tommy’s Lounge, 99 India Street, to add a 1326 square foot expansion to the front of the building is APPROVED on a unanimous voice vote.
