A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Friday, December 17, 1999, at six twelve o’clock p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
Present - Chairman Barry, Councilors Bray, Carr, Clemente, Grebien, Hodge, Hoyas, Moran, and Wildenhain.
Absent - 0
Chairman Barry presides.
The reading of the records of December 8, 1999, is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.
Communication from Joseph A. Bevilacqua, Attorney, representing Rick’s Liquor, Inc., 746 Broadway, Pawtucket, to Margaret M. Lynch, City Solicitor requesting a continuance of the Formal Hearing scheduled for December 17, 1999 is READ AND ORDERED FILED.

THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR BRAY
Upon motion made by Councilor Bray, seconded by Councilor Hodge, the following is APPROVED on a unanimous voice vote.
In conformity with Chapter 242 of the Public Laws of Rhode Island, 1962, Class B liquor establishments are hereby entitled to remain open on New Year’s morning, January 1, 2000, until 3:00 a.m. Alcoholic Beverages however, CANNOT be sold after the usual closing hour of 1:00 a.m.
THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR BRAY
Upon motion made by Councilor Bray, seconded by Councilor Hodge the following is APPROVED on a unanimous voice vote.
In conformity with Section 3-8-1 of the General Laws of the State of Rhode Island, Class C liquor establishments are hereby entitled to be open on New Year’s Day, 2000.
Upon motion made by Councilor Bray, seconded by Councilor Hodge, the meeting is adjourned at six sixteen o’clock p.m.
