PAWTUCKET BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS
November 24, 1998
A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Tuesday, November 24, 1998 at six five o’clock p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, Pawtucket, RI. All the members are present except Councilors Hoyas and Grebien, Chairman Barry presides.
The reading of the records of November 10, 1998, is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk
A public hearing is held on the following application for license advertised for this time:
CLASS A
*LAM Inc., d/b/a Lonsdale Liquors, 465 Lonsdale Ave. LIC#10247
Speaking in favor is Patrick Doherty, Attorney, representing applicant.
Mr. Doherty requests the Council’s approval of this renewal.
There are no other speakers
The hearing is closed.
Upon motion made by Councilor Vieira and seconded by Councilor Hodge, the following application is APPROVED on a unanimous voice vote, for the period beginning December 2, 1998, and ending December 1, 1999, with the following stipulation:
1. All employees, as well as any future employees, shall be required to be TIPS or Similarly Certified.
