A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, February 5, 1997, at seven fifty-five o’clock p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, Pawtucket, RI. All the members are present except Councilors Hodge and Rabbitt; Chairman Barry presides.
The reading of the records of January 22, 1997, is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
Communication from William J. Lynch, Attorney, regarding Casa DeVicente, Inc., vs. City of Pawtucket is READ AND ORDERED FILED.
Communication from Joseph Marques, owner of the Boulevard Tap, 572 Armistice Blvd., requesting permission to renovate premises is READ AND ORDERED FILED.
Mr. Marques discusses his plans for renovations.
Upon motion made by Councilor Doyle, seconded by Councilor Moran, the request of Joseph Marques, owner of the Boulevard Tap, 572 Armistice Blvd., for permission to renovate premises is APPROVED on a unanimous voice vote.
Upon motion made by Councilor Vieira, seconded by Councilor Hodge, the meeting is adjourned at eight o’clock p.m.
