A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, October 9, 1996, at seven forty-seven o’clock p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, Pawtucket, RI. All the Members are present and Chairman Barry presides.
The reading of the Records of September 25, 1996, is dispensed with and the Records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.

THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR MORAN.
With majority consent of the Council, Councilor Moran introduces the following communication:

Upon Motion made by Councilor Moran, seconded by Councilor Hodge, the following communication is READ AND ORDERED FILED:

PERMISSION TO REMAIN OPEN UNTIL 2:00 AM IS GRANTED WITH THE STIPULATION THAT NO ALCOHOL SHALL BE SOLD AFTER 1:00 AM AND AN OFF-DUTY OFFICER SHALL BE HIRED UNTIL 2:30 AM.
