A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, May 8, 1996, at seven forty-four o’clock p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, Pawtucket, RI. All the members are present except Councilor Rabbitt; Chairman Barry presides.
The reading of the records of April 24, 1996, is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
Communication from Capt. George L. Kelley, III, regarding violation of liquor laws - Sale of alcohol to a minor by Fernando’s Liquors, 558 Broadway is READ AND ORDERED FILED.

The following motion made by Councilor Vieira, seconded by Councilor Cute, is passed on a unanimous voice vote:
The Clerk is instructed to send a FORMAL WARNING AND FINE to Casa DeVicente, Inc., 270 Dexter Street, stating that any further violations by this establishment will result in further action by the Board of License Commissioners, including additional fines, suspension or revocation of the Class B (Victualer) liquor license; further, all current stipulations are to be enforced.
The fine shall be in the amount of $400.

The following motion made by Councilor Doyle, seconded by Councilor Moran, is passed on a unanimous voice vote:
A Ten Day Suspension and a $500 fine is imposed on this license.
The License holder is also advised that any further violations will result in further action by the Board of License Commissioners, including additional fines, suspensions or revocation of said license.
