A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners, is held Wednesday, March 20, 1996, at seven forty-three o’clock p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, Pawtucket, RI. All the members are present except Councilor Vieira, and Chairman Barry presides.
The reading of the records of March 6, 1996, is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.

With majority consent of the Council, the following motion made by Councilor Hodge, seconded by Councilor Bray, is passed on a unanimous voice vote:
The Clerk is instructed to notify Class A liquor license holder City Liquors Inc., d/b/a Silva’s Liquors, 886 Mineral Spring Avenue, to attend a Formal Hearing on Wednesday, April 10, 1996 regarding police allegations as follows:
1. Violations of the liquor laws - serving alcohol to minors on or about 2/17/96.

THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR DOYLE.
With majority consent of the Council, the following motion made by Councilor Doyle, seconded by Councilor Moran, is passed on a unanimous voice vote:
The Clerk is instructed to notify Class A liquor license holder Fernando’s Liquors Inc., 558 Broadway, to attend a Formal Hearing on Wednesday, April 10, 1996 regarding police allegations as follows:
1. Violations of the liquor laws - serving alcohol to minors on or about 2/23/96; and on or about 3/1/96.
The Clerk is further instructed to request the police department to provide a listing of all violations against Fernando’s Liquors over the last five years.

The Clerk is instructed to notify Class B (Victualer) liquor license holder Elias Dernikos d/b/a City Line Pizza & Restaurant, 590-598 Pawtucket Avenue, to attend a Formal Hearing on Wednesday, April 10, 1996 regarding police allegations as follows:
1. Violations of the liquor laws - serving alcohol to a minor, on or about 2/1/96;
2. Violations of the Stipulations placed on license on various dates in February 1996, and March 1996, and the Fire Safety Code of the State of Rhode Island.
The following petition for license is GRANTED on a unanimous voice vote:
