A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, June 19, 1996, at eight forty five o’clock p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, Pawtucket, RI. All the Members are present and Chairman Barry presides.
The reading of the Records of June 5, 1996, is dispensed with and the Records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
Communication from Richard E. DeLyon, Chief of Police, regarding the request of Ioannis Stratis, owner of the Left Field Pub, to serve food and alcohol to the public outside the premises on July 3, 1996 IS READ AND ORDERED FILED.
Communication from Ioannis Stratis, owner of the Left Field Pub, requesting permission to serve food and alcohol to the public outside the premises on July 3, 1996 IS READ AND ORDERED FILED AND THE REQUEST IS APPROVED WITH THE FOLLOWING STIPULATIONS:
1. ENTIRE AREA IS TEMPORARY FENCED IN FOR THE EVENT.
2. HIRE PAWTUCKET POLICE OFFICER FOR CROWD CONTROL.
3. USE ONE (1) ENTRANCE ONLY.
4. NO ONE MAY LEAVE THE AREA WITH ALCOHOL.
5. MAXIMUM OF 100 PEOPLE IN PATIO AREA.
Upon Motion made by Councilor Vieira, seconded by Councilor Hodge, the meeting is adjourned at eight forty seven o’clock.
