A special session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, August 14, 1996, at six twenty-five o’clock p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, Pawtucket, RI. All the Members are present except Councilors Butler, Doyle, and Rabbitt; Chairman Barry presides.
THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR VIEIRA.
Upon motion made by Councilor Vieira, seconded by Councilor Bray, the Board of License Commissioners immediately goes into EXECUTIVE SESSION, Pursuant to R.I.G.L. 42-46-5(A) (4) regarding investigative proceedings, on a roll call vote, as follows:
Ayes - President Barry, Councilors Bray, Cute, Hodge, Moran, and Vieira.
Noes - 0.
In attendance at the executive session are Christopher Fay, Assistant City Solicitor; Captain George Kelley, III, and Lt. Richard Rousseau, of the Pawtucket Police Liquor Unit.
Upon motion made by Councilor Vieira, seconded by Councilor Bray, the Board of License Commissioners returns to open session in the City Council Chamber at 7:06 p.m.
