A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, August 7, 1996, at nine fifty-eight o’clock p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, Pawtucket, RI. All the Members are present and Chairman Barry presides.
The reading of the Records of July 24, 1996, is dispensed with and the Records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR VIEIRA.
With majority consent of the Council, Councilor Vieira introd the following communication:
Communication from McLaughlin & Moran, Inc., objecting to the transfer of Class D liquor license of J & D Social Club Inc., d/b/a theatre Tap A.C., 567 Smithfield Avenue to L.R.P., Inc., in the amount of $561.09.
Upon motion made by Councilor Vieira, seconded by Councilor Cute, the following communication is READ AND ORDERED FILED:

Speaking in favor is James Donlon, 7 Residential Lane, Blackstone MA, president of L.R.P. Inc.
Mr. Donlon states that there will be no changes to the business except the addition of one more table.
He will operate the same hours and there will be no entertainment.
Mr. Donlon states that he works at a club in Woonsocket now and has had no problems there.
There are no other speakers.

Upon motion made by Councilor Vieira, seconded by Councilor Bray, the following license is GRANTED SUBJECT TO THE PAYMENT OF ALL OUTSTANDING CLAIMS, on a unanimous voice vote:

Communication from Capt. George Kelley, III, Liquor Control Unit, OIC, regarding any police reports or problems that have occurred at FAD Food Enterprises Inc d/b/a The Dublin Inn, 226 Columbus Avenue.
Upon motion made by Councilor Vieira, seconded by Councilor Cute, the following communication is READ AND ORDERED FILED:
Communication from Capt. George Kelley, III, Liquor Control Unit, OIC, regarding any police reports or problems that have occurred at FAD Food Enterprises Inc d/b/a The Dublin Inn, 226 Columbus Avenue.
THE FOLLOWING STIPULATIONS ON THE LICENSE OF FAD FOOD ENTERPRISES INC D/B/A THE DUBLIN INN, 216 COLUMBUS AVENUE, WHICH WERE SUSPENDED FOR 60 DAYS, ARE AGAIN TAKEN UP:
1. One (1) police detail must be provided on the night (s) of day (s) of entertainment. If a police detail is not secured on a day or night of entertainment, then the entertainment must be canceled by owner or someone responsible for the Dublin Inn.
4. No outside drinking in fenced in area or entire parking lot at any time.
ALL OTHER STIPULATIONS REMAIN IN PLACE.
FAD Food Enterprise Ltd., shall be allowed to have entertainment without a detail officer, as long as it is limited to jazz, blues, country & western, Irish, oldies, and other similar types of music.
Upon motion made by Councilor Hodge,, seconded by Councilor Vieira, and with the consent of the Council, the following stipulations on the license of FAD Food Enterprises Inc d/b/a The Dublin Inn, 216 Columbus Avenue are (INDEFINITELY SUSPENDED BUT NOT PERMANENTLY REMOVED,) as follows:
1. One (1) police detail must be provided on the night (s) of day (s) of entertainment. If a police detail is not secured on a day or night of entertainment, then the entertainment must be canceled by owner or someone responsible for the Dublin Inn.
