A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, March 8, 1995, at eight eleven o’clock p.m. in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, Pawtucket, RI. All the members are present and President Barry presides.
The reading of the records of February 22, 1995, is dispensed with and the Records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
Claim of Wayne Distributing Co., against the transfer of Class B (Victualer) liquor license of Vet’s Bar and Grill Inc., to G & J Bar and Grill Inc., 623 Central Avenue, in the amount of $1114.81 is READ AND ORDERED FILED.
A Public Hearing on the following application for license is taken up:

G & J Bar & Grill Inc d/b/a Vet’s Bar & Grill, 623 Central Avenue (transfer from Vet’s Bar & Grill Inc) LIC #190
Speaking in favor is Attorney Maurice Caron, Cottage Street, Pawtucket, RI, representing applicant.
Mr. Caron states that the transfer is a change of corporation only. The business will continue as it has in the past. The new owner, Ginny Garner, President of the Corporation, has been in business in Pawtucket for the past 20 years as owner of a dry cleaning/laundromat business.
Mr. Caron states that she will maintain the same hours of operation as the previous owner and will keep the same employees, as well as herself. Ms. Garner as well as the other employees have been TIPS Certified.
There are no other speakers.

Upon Motion made by Councilor Doyle, seconded by Councilors Moran and Kinder, the following application for license is GRANTED subject to the clearance of all outstanding claims, on a unanimous voice vote:
