A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, June 21, 1995, at seven thirty-seven o’clock p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, Pawtucket, RI. All the Members are present except Councilors Bray and Demopulos; Chairman Barry presides.
The reading of the Records of June 7, 1995, is dispensed with and the Records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
Communication from Richard E. DeLyon, Chief of Police, regarding Fred’s Place Inc., 4 Grace Street. (Violation - serving alcohol after 1:00 a.m.) is READ AND ORDERED FILED.
Communication from JMD Assoc., Ltd. d/b/a Illusions, 242 Middle Street, requesting permission to stay open until 2:00 a.m. on June 30, July 1, 2, 1995, is READ AND ORDERED FILED.
REQUEST FOR PERMISSION TO STAY OPEN UNTIL 2:00 AM IS APPROVED FOR JUNE 30, AND JULY 1, 1995, ONLY, WITH THE FOLLOWING STIPULATIONS:
1. DETAIL OFFICER UNTIL 2:30 AM.
2. NO LIQUOR AFTER 1:00 AM.
PERMISSION WAS NOT GRANTED FOR JULY 2, 1995.
Upon Motion made by Councilor Vieira, seconded by Councilor Kinder, the meeting is adjourned at seven forty o’clock p.m.
