A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, July 5, 1995, at eight twenty-seven o’clock p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, Pawtucket, RI. All the Members are present except Council President Barry and Councilor Vieira; Acting Chairman Doyle presides.
The reading of the Records of June 21, 1995, is dispensed with and the Records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
Communication from Paul L. Foster, Attorney, representing Elias Dernikos d/b/a City Line Pizza & Restaurant, 590-598 Pawtucket Avenue, Pawtucket, RI, regarding stipulations placed on this Class B Liquor License on June 7, 1995 IS READ AND ORDERED FILED.
Upon Motion made by Councilor Rabbitt, seconded by Councilor Kinder the meeting is adjourned at eight twenty-nine o’clock p.m.
