January 25, 1995.
A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, January 25, 1995, at seven thirty o’clock p.m. in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, Pawtucket, RI. All the members are present and Chairman Barry presides.
The reading of the records of January 11, 1995, is dispensed with and the Records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
A Public Hearing is held on the following application for license advertised for this time:
CLASS D
J & D Social Club d/b/a Theatre Tap A.C., 567 Smithfield Avenu (previous owner Theatre Tap A.C.) LIC#189
Speaking in favor is Paul Bruce, Attorney, 51 Clay Street, Central Falls, RI.
Mr. Bruce states that Deborah Frazier is President, Secretary and Treasurer of the Club.
Mr. Bruce also states that the officers are different than listed on the application and has the minutes of the meeting showing the change. He further states that there is no change in the operation.
Also speaking in favor is Deborah Frazier, 15 Hillcrest Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Ms. Frazier states that she plans to close at 11:00 PM weekdays and 12:00 AM or 12:30 AM weekends and open 8:00 AM.
Ms. Frazier understands the terms of a Class D License. She will be running the place with her husband’s help and will keep the current employees.
There are no other speakers.

Upon Motion made by Councilor Vieira, seconded by Councilor Kinder, the following application for license transfer is APPROVED WITH AMENDED OFFICERS on an unanimous voice vote.
