A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, September 21, 1994, at seven forty four o’clock p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, Pawtucket, RI. All the Members are present and Chairman Barry presides.
The reading of the Records of September 7, 1994, is dispensed with and the Records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
Communication from Christopher Fay, Assistant City Solicitor to Richard Goldstein, City Clerk, regarding Fernando’s Liquors, 558 Broadway is READ AND ORDERED FILED.
THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION FOR LICENSE WAS LAID ON THE TABLE AT THE MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 7, 1994, AND IS AGAIN TAKEN UP AND IS LAID ON THE TABLE ON A UNANIMOUS VOICE VOTE:

Mr. Xavier states that he has been operating this business for nine years with a partner and is buying out his partner.
Mr. Xavier also states that everything else will remain the same.

Upon Motion made by Councilor Vieira, seconded by Councilor Bray, the following application for 50% change of stockholders is GRANTED on a unanimous voice vote.
