A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, October 5, 1994, at seven thirty o’clock p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, Pawtucket, RI. All the Members are present except Chairman Barry and Councilor Doyle and Vice-Chairman Vieira presides.
The reading of the Records of September 21, 1994, is dispensed with and the Records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
Communication from Adalberto Barbosa to Richard J. Goldstein, City Clerk, regarding Daniel DaSilveira’s application for liquor license is READ AND ORDERED FILED.
THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION FOR LICENSE WAS LAID ON THE TABLE AT THE MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 21, 1994, AND IS AGAIN TAKEN UP AND IS APPROVED WITH STIPULATIONS ON A UNANIMOUS VOICE VOTE.
CLASS B (Victualler)

STIPULATIONS:
1. Closing time shall be 11 PM, except during the month of December, when the closing time shall be 12 Midnight.
2. No liquor signage on the Exterior of the building.

Mr. Simpson states that he is the President and Treasurer of Simpson’s Pharmacy Inc., and he has bought the rest of the stock upon the passing away of his mother.
Mr. Simpson also states that there will be no changes in the business.
There are no other speakers.
