A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License, Commissioners is held Wednesday, November 23, 1994, at seven thirty seven o’clock p.m. in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, Pawtucket, RI. All the Members are present except Councilor Rabbitt and Chairman Barry presides.
The reading of the records of November 9, 1994, is dispensed with and the Records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
Communication from Richard E. DeLyon, Chief of Police to Richard J. Goldstein, City Clerk, regarding J. R. $av-On Liquors Inc., 350 Benefit Street IS READ AND ORDERED FILED.
THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR MORAN.
With majority consent of the Councilor, the following Motion made by Councilor Moran, seconded by Councilor Vieira, is passed on a unanimous voice vote:
The Clerk is instructed to summons the officers of J. R. $av-On Liquors Inc., 350 Benefit Street, Pawtucket RI, to appear before the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners at a Formal Hearing to answer charges of violationg Title 3, UNDERAGE PERSONS, R.I.G.L. 3-8-6 on October 11, 1994.
A Public Hearing is held on the following applications for license advertised for this time for the period beginning DECEMBER 2, 1994, AND ENDING DECEMBER 1, 1995 and no person or persons appearing to object thereto, are GRANTED on a unanimous voice vote:
