A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, May 11, 1994, at seven fifty-five o’clock p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, Pawtucket, RI. All the Members are present except Councilor Rabbitt; Chairman Barry presides.
The reading of the Records of April 20, 1994, is dispensed with and the Records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.

Steven Johnson, Fire Prevention Officer, requesting that they both inspect the State Line Cafe, 514 Benefit Street, and report their findings to the Board in time for the next meeting scheduled for May 25, 1994.

The following Motion made by Councilor Vieira, seconded by Councilor Kinder, is passed on a unanimous voice vote:
1. The Formal Hearing regarding C.C. & D.D. Inc., d/b/a Dazzle’s, 602 Smithfield Avenue, is Laid on the Table until June 8, 1994.
2. The proposed buyers, who will have an application in for transfer of license by the June 8, 1994 meeting, will manage the establishment until said transfer is held, so that the Board will have a chance to evaluate how they operate the business.
3. Any violations at the establishment from now under June 8, 1994, will result in the immediate revocation of the license.
Communication from Alan M. Barnes, Esq., representing Bino’s Liquors, Inc., 593 Weeden Street, requesting that the stipulation requiring a detail officer on Friday evenings be removed from his license is READ AND ORDERED FILED.

The Clerk is instructed to summons the officers of the Dante Alighieri Social Club, 22 Hurley Avenue, Pawtucket, RI, to appear before the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners at a Formal Hearing to answer charges of disturbances at the Club on May 8, 1994, and any other violations of the liquor laws, and other laws of the State of Rhode Island and City of Pawtucket
