A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, June 22, 1994, at seven thirty o’clock p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, Pawtucket, RI. All the Members are present except Chairman Barry; Vice-Chairman Vieira presides.
The reading of the Records of June 8, 1994, is dispensed with and the Records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.

Speaking in favor are:
Bob Thibeault, 1044 Lonsdale Avenue, Central Falls, RI.
Dagoberto Tabares, 65 Cowden Street, Central Falls, RI.
Mr. Thibeault states that Macondo’s was managing the business and had to be evicted because they were not paying their bills.
Mr. Tabares states that the business will open at 4:00 p.m.
He will serve food, similar to that which Macondo’s served. He will have a D.J, talent nights, a band from time to time, and soccer games on TV.
Mr. Thibeault states that the business has been run under the new trade name of “Illusions” since January 15, 1994.
Mr. Tabares states that the new owners will run it as a family business; and he states that he has experience in this business.
Mr. Tabares states that he is aware of the Stipulations placed on this license.
There are no speakers in opposition.
The Hearing is closed.
