A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, July 20, 1994, at eight thirty-eight o’clock p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, Pawtucket, RI. All the Members are present and Chairman Barry presides.
The reading of the Records of July 6, 1994, is dispensed with and the Records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION FOR LICENSE TRANSFER WAS LAID ON THE TABLE AT THE MEETING HELD JULY 6, 1994, AND IS AGAIN TAKEN UP:

With majority consent of the Council, Councilor Moran introduces the following amended application.

Upon Motion Made by Councilor Moran, seconded by Councilor Vieira, the following amended application for Class B (Victualer) License is APPROVED WITH ALL THE STIPULATIONS ON THE LICENSE OF K.L.C ASSOCIATES INC. D/B/A MACONDO, INTACT, ON A UNANIMOUS VOICE VOTE.

STIPULATIONS:
1. License holder shall instruct patrons to use parking lot and not park on the street.
2. Detail officer on Friday and Saturdays 8:00 PM - 1:30 AM.
*ADDITIONAL STIPULATIONS ADDED 4/22/92 MEETING OF THE PAWTUCKET BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS:
1. A detail officer on Sundays 8 PM-1:30 AM (This is in addition to the detail officer already required on Friday & Saturday evenings.)
2. Mobile Food Vendor in parking lot ONLY - Not on Sidewalk.
**ADDITIONAL STIPULATIONS ADDED 10/21/92 MEETING OF THE PAWTUCKET BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS:
1. Two detail officers on Sundays, plus one officer on each night when soccer games are televised, except Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
2. Mobile Food Vendor must be out of parking lot by 12:45 AM.
