A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Friday, December 16, 1994, at six thirty-two o’clock p.m. in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, Pawtucket, RI. All the members are present except Councilors Demopulos and Vieira; Chairman Barry presides.
The reading of the records of December 7, 1994, is dispensed with and the Records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
A Public Hearing is held on the following application for license advertised for this time for period beginning DECEMBER 2, 1994, AND ENDING DECEMBER 1, 1995, and no person or persons appearing to object thereto, is GRANTED on a unanimous voice vote:

With majority consent of the Council, Councilor Kinder introduces the following:
Decision of the Rhode Island Liquor Control Administration upholding the Board of License Commissioner’s decision to revoke the Class B (Victualer) Liquor License of the Bandilli Cafe, Inc., 514 Benefit Street.
Upon Motion made by Councilor Kinder, seconded by Councilor Moran, the following is READ AND ORDERED FILED:
