A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, December 7, 1994, at seven forty six o’clock p.m. in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, Pawtucket, RI. All the members are present and Chairman Barry presides.
The reading of the records of November 23, 1994, is dispensed with and the Records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
In conformity with Chapter 242 of the Public Laws of Rhode Island, 1962, Class B Establishments are hereby entitled to remain open on New Year’s Morning, January 1, 1995, until 3:00 a.m. Alcoholic Beverages however, CANNOT be sold after the usual closing hour of 1:00 a.m.
In conformity with Section 3-8-1 of the General Laws of the State of Rhode Island, Class C liquor establishments are hereby entitled to be open on New Year’s Day, 1995.

FORMAL HEARING regarding the CLASS A Liquor License of J. R. $av-On Liquors Inc., 350 Benefit Street, is TAKEN UP.

THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR MORAN.
With majority consent of the Council, Upon Motion made by Councilor Moran, seconded by Councilor Vieira, a formal warning and fine of $250.00 is imposed on the Class A Liquor License of J.R. $av-On-Liquors, Inc., 350 Benefit Street, for violating Title 3, UNDERAGE PERSONS, R. I. G. L. 3-8-6, on October 11, 1994. Any further violations will result in further action by the Board of License Commissioners, including an additional fine, suspension or revocation of said license.

Petition from JMD Associates Ltd. d/b/a Illusions, 242 Middle Street to the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners regarding extension of hours until 3:00 AM for a traditional Christmas Eve Party IS READ AND ORDERED FILED.
Upon Motion made by Councilor Moran, seconded by Councilor Kinder, the request for additional hours is approved until 2:00 AM. with the following STIPULATIONS:
1. No alcohol sold after 1:00 AM.
2. Detail Officer must stay on duty until 2:30 AM.
Upon Motion made by Councilor Vieira, seconded by Councilor Kinder, the meeting is adjourned at seven fifty eight o’clock p.m.
