A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, August 10, 1994, at eight one o’clock p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, Pawtucket, RI. All the Members are present except Councilors Demopulos and Rabbitt: Chairman Barry presides.
The reading of the Records of July 20, 1994, is dispensed with and the Records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
Communication from Christopher E. Fay, Esq., Assistant City Solicitor to Richard J. Goldstein, City Clerk regarding status of Class B Victualer liquor license of Lavault’s Restaurant, 55 Memorial Drive - license permanently revoked is READ AND ORDERED FILED.
The following licenses are GRANTED on a unanimous voice vote.
