A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, March 24, 1993, at eight eight o’clock p.m., at Jenks Junior High School, Media Center, 350 Division Street, Pawtucket, RI. All the members are present and Chairman Barry presides.
The reading of the records of March 24, 1993, is dispensed with and the Records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.

Upon Motion made by Councilor Vieira, seconded by Councilor Clement, and with the unanimous consent of the Council, the Class B (Victualer) liquor license of D.V.K. Enterprises Inc., d/b/a Boomer’s Sports Bar and Comedy Club, 327 Barton Street is SUSPENDED FOR TWO DAYS BEGINNING AT 12:01 AM MARCH 26, 1993, AND ENDING AT 12:01 A.M. MARCH 28, 1993 FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
1. FAILURE TO KEEP ESTABLISHMENT UNDER CONTROL, RESULTING IN THE OCCURRENCE OF AN ASSAULT.
2. FAILURE TO NOTIFY POLICE OF SUSPECTED FUTURE DISTURBANCE.

With majority consent of the Council, the following Motion made by Councilor Vieira, seconded by Councilor Kinder, is passed on a unanimous voice vote:
The Clerk is instructed to request the owners of C.C. & D.D. Inc. d/b/a Dazzle’s, 602 Smithfield Avenue to appear at an Informal Hearing on Wednesday, April 7, 1993, to discuss the police report in which this establishment was cited as being in violation of the liquor laws by allegedly serving patrons at 5:03 a.m. on March 8, 1993.
Communication from Ann Cote, Supervisor of Importation, Rhode Island Liquor Control Administration, submitting Rules and Regulations which will take effect on March 31, 1993 is Read and Ordered Filed.
THE INFORMAL HEARING regarding Michael Corso, Rhode Island Junior Drum & Burgle Corps., 345 Barton Street is again continued due to no appearance by Mr. Corso.
THE CLERK IS INSTRUCTED TO ISSUE A SUMMONS REQUESTING MR. CORSO TO APPEAR AT THE NEXT MEETING SCHEDULED FOR WEDNESDAY, APRIL 7, 1993.
