A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, August 25, 1993, at eight eleven o’clock p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, Pawtucket, RI. All the Members are present and President Barry presides.
The reading of the Records of August 11, 1993, is dispensed with and the Records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
THE FOLLOWING LICENSES ARE GRANTED ON A UNANIMOUS VOICE VOTE:

THE CLERK IS INSTRUCTED TO ISSUE A SUMMONS FOR A FORMAL HEARING TO CLASS A LIQUOR LICENSE HOLDER ANTONIO FERNANDES D/B/A FERNANDO’S LIQUORS, 558 BROADWAY TO APPEAR ON WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 1993, TO ANSWER THE CHARGES OF ALLEGEDLY SELLING TO MINORS.
THE CLERK IS FURTHER INSTRUCTED TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO HAVE A STENOGRAPHER PRESENT AT SAID HEARING.
ALSO, THE CLERK IS REQUESTED TO OBTAIN A POLICE PRINTOUT OF ANY POLICE RESPONSES OCCURRING AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT IN TIME FOR THE FORMAL HEARING.
