A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, August 11, 1993, at seven forty-four o’clock p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, Pawtucket, RI. All the Members are present except President Barry and Councilor Rabbitt, and Vice-Chairman Vieira presides.
The reading of the Records of July 21, 1993, is dispensed with and the Records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
Communication from Christopher E. Fay, Assistant City Solicitor, regarding the status of LaVault’s Restaurant, 55 Memorial Drive is READ AND ORDERED FILED.
The following application for license is GRANTED on a unanimous voice vote:
COUNCILOR CLEMENT ABSTAINS FROM VOTING.

St. Anthony’s Church, Holy Spirit Society, requesting permission to sell beer & Wine at the Annual St. Anthony’s Folk Dance Festival at 27 Forest Avenue - Church Parking Lot, on Friday, September 4, 1993, from 8:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Saturday, September 5, 1993, from 5:00 PM - 12:00 AM, and Sunday, September 6, 1993, from 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM LIC#33
