A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, September 9, 1992, at seven forty o’clock p.m. All the members are present except Councilor Rabbitt and Chairman Barry presides.
The reading of the records of August 19, 1992, is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
Communication from Chief Tomlinson, Pawtucket Police Department, regarding International Liquors, 915 Main Street is READ AND ORDERED FILED.
THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR BRAY.
With majority consent of the Council, the following Motion made by Councilor Bray seconded by Councilor Vieira is passed on a unanimous voice vote:
The Clerk is requested to notify the owners of International Liquors, 915 Main Street to attend an informal meeting on Wednesday, September 23, 1992, to discuss allegations of selling alcohol to minors.
Communication from Richard J. Goldstein, City Clerk, to Councilor Clement regarding Class D Liquor License requirements is READ AND ORDERED FILED.
Communication from Kate Racine, Liquor Control Administrator, regarding new liquor laws is READ AND ORDERED FILED.
Communication from Kate Racine, Liquor Control Administrator, enclosing an emergency rule is READ AND ORDERED FILED.

With majority consent of the Council, the following Motion made by Councilor Clement, seconded by Councilor Vieira, is passed on a unanimous voice vote:
The Clerk is instructed to attach a copy of the “emergency rule” when issuing the 1992-93 liquor license renewals.
