A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, March 11, 1992, at twelve three o’clock a.m. All the members are present, and Chariman Barry presides
The reading of the records of February 19, and March 3, 1992, is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR MORAN
With majority consent of the Council, the following Motion made by Councilor Moran seconded by Councilor Doyle is passe don unanimous voice:
The Clerk is instructed to send a communication to Mr. Kenneth Clauson, President and Mr. Robert Thibeault of K.L.C. Associates Inc. d/b/a Macondo, 242 Middle Street, asking them to appear at a Pre Council session scheduled for March 25, 1992, to discuss parking violations and other neighborhood complaints regarding the Class B (Victualer) Liquor License

The Clerk is instructed to notify Domingos Baptista, President of Ilha Verde Club Inc., 447-451 Mineral Spring Avenue to appear before the Board of License Commissioners for a FORMAL HEARING scheduled for March 25, 1992, regarding serving alcoholic beverages to underaged patrons and to address violations of the STIPULATIONS on the liquor license
THE RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR VIEIRA
With majority consent of the Council, the following Motion made by Councilor Viera, seconded by Councilor Bray is passed on a unanimous voice vote:
The Clerk is instructed to send a list of all liquor stipulations to Chief of Police, Tomlinson.
Upon Motion made by Councilor Calista, seconded by Councilor Kinder, the meeting is adjourned at twelve thirteen o’clock a.m.
