A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, September 25, 1991, at seven fifty-two o’clock p.m. All the members are present except Councilman Doyle and Chairman Houle presides.
The reading of the records of September 11, 1991, is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
Communication from Patrick Quinlan, Assistant City Solicitor to Janice LaPorte Deputy City Clerk regarding the transfer of the Liquor License of Braxtons, Inc., by Fleet National Bank to Upper Crust Pizza, Inc., IS READ AND ORDERED FILED.
Police Report case number 91-44280 regarding Bob’s Lounge, 214 Broad Street, on prostitution IS READ AND ORDERED FILED.
THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILMAN BARRY.
With majority consent of the Council, following Motion made by Councilman Barry, seconded by Councilmen Kinder and Robert Lynch, is passed on a unanimous voice vote:
The Clerk is instructed to notify Henry E. Greeno, President of Two Guys Inc. d/b/a Bob’s Lounge, 214 Broad Street to appear at a Formal Hearing scheduled for Wednesday, October 9, 1991, at 7:00 p.m. to answer the charges in the police report case number 91-44280 and to show cause why said Class B (Victualer) liquor license should not be revoked.

With majority consent of the Council, the following Motion made by Councilman Barry, seconded by Councilman Vieira is passed on a unanimous voice vote:
The Clerk is instructed to notify Louis Tessitore Jr., President of The American Polish Mutual Association 927-929 Central Avenue to appear at a Formal Hearing scheduled for Wednesday, October 9, 1991, at 7:00 p.m. to answer charges of violations of the stipulations on said liquor license and other neighborhood complaints; and to show cause why said Class B (Victualer) liquor license should not be revoked.

The Clerk is instructed to notify George Karamanolis, President of Voutena, Inc. d/b/a Constantine’s, 852-856 Newport Avenue, to appear at a pre council session scheduled for Wednesday, October 9, 1991, to answer charges of violations of the stipulations on his Class B (Victualer) liquor license and other neighborhood complaints; and to show cause why said Class B (Victualer) liquor license should not be revoked.

Upon Motion made by Councilman Vieira, seconded by Councilmen Barry and Robert Lynch, Francisco Rocchio, President of Arcadia Enterprises Inc. d/b/a Galateo of 210 Dexter Street is officially warned regarding violations of the Stipulations on his Liquor License and any further violations will be met with STERNER ACTIONS.
Upon Motion made by Councilman Barry, seconded by Councilman Kinder, the meeting is adjourned at seven fifty-nine o’clock p.m.
