A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, May 8, 1991, at seven fifty-eight o’clock p.m. All the members are present except Councilman Rabbitt and Chairman Houle presides.
The reading of the records of April 24, 1991, is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILMAN BARRY.
With majority consent of the Council, Councilman Barry introduces the following entitled communication:

Upon Motion made by Councilman Barry, seconded by Councilman Kinder, the following entitled communication is Read and Ordered Filed:
