A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, June 6, 1991, at eight twenty-eight o’clock p.m. All the members are present except Councilman Robert Lynch and Chairman Houle presides.
The reading the records of May 22, 1991, is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
The following matter was Laid on the Table at the meeting held May 22, 1991, and is again taken up and request to extend the building is denied on a unanimous voice vote:
Communication from Edgar J. Robinson owner at Town Lounge, Inc. requesting permission to extend the building.
The Clerk is instructed to send a communication to Edgar J. Robinson, owner of the Town Lounge, Inc. notifying him that his request for permission to extend the building was denied.
Communication from Fred E. Joslyn, Jr. City Solicitor regarding rescheduling the Liquor Hearing concerning Jan’s Place Inc., and the Lily Social Club IS READ AND ORDERED FILED.
Communication from Mary Louise Wenz, Treasurer of the Lily Social Club Inc., requesting permission to open an outdoor patio on 7/3/91 IS READ AND ORDERED FILED.

With majority consent of the Council, Councilman Barry introduces the following entitled communication:
