A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, July 10, 1991, at eight three o’clock p.m. All the members are present and Chairman Houle presides.
The reading of the records of June 19, 1991, is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILMAN VIEIRA.
Upon Motion made by Councilman Vieira, seconded by Councilman Barry, the Class B (Victualer) License of Cape Verdean American Lounge, Inc., d/b/a Lisboa A Noite is amended to include the following stipulation: ON FRIDAY, SATURDAY, AND SUNDAY EVENINGS THERE WILL BE TWO SECURITY OFFICERS ON DUTY AT ALL TIMES, is approved on a unanimous voice vote:
Communication from Lt. Peter O’Neill regarding Lisboa a Noite occupancy capacities IS READ AND ORDERED FILED.
Communication from Ptlm. Paul King regarding Lisboa a Noite, 17 Exchange St. IS READ AND ORDERED FILED.
Communication from Frederick A. Duffy owner of FAD Food Enterprises, Ltd. d/b/a Dublin Inn. 214-216 Columbus Ave, request for reconsideration of the existing stipulation on the Liquor License IS READ AND ORDERED FILED.
THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILMAN RABBITT:
With majority consent of the council, the following Motion made by Councilman Rabbitt, seconded by Councilman Calista, is passed on a unanimous voice vote:
The request of Frederick A. Duffy owner of FAD Food Enterprises, Ltd. d/b/a Dublin Inn. 214-216 Columbus Ave, for reconsideration of the existing stipulation on the Liquor License IS LAID ON THE TABLE and the Clerk is instructed to send 6 copies of the request to Ms. Susan Duclos to be distributed and reviewed by the abutters of the establishment.
The following license is GRANTED on a unanimous voice vote:
CLASS F (Beer & Wine)
Assumption Orthodox Church, to serve Beer & Wine at a Church picnic, at 97 Walcott St., Church Grounds, on Saturday August 17, and Sunday August 18, 1991, from 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM. LIC#14
Upon Motion made by Councilman Barry, seconded by Councilman Vieira, the meeting is adjourned at eight nine o’clock p.m.
