A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, August 21, 1991, at eight fifteen o’clock p.m. All the members are present except Councilman Doyle and Chairman Houle presides.
The reading the records of August 7, 1991, is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
The following matter was Laid on the Table at the July 10, 1991, meeting and is taken up and is Laid on the Table on a unanimous voice vote:
Communication from Frederick A. Duffy owner of FAD Food Enterprises, Ltd. d/b/a Dublin Inn. 214-216 Columbus Ave. request for reconsideration of the existing stipulations on the Liquor License.
Communication from Michael F. McCann Legal Counsel. Rescheduling the hearing regarding Snickers Inc. d/b/a LaVault’s Restaurant, for Wednesday October 2, 1991, at 9:30 AM. IS READ AND ORDERED FILED.

With majority consent of the council, Councilman Barry introduces following entitled communication:
Communication from Vicky Amaral, requesting permission to have a fund raiser party for Mr. Raymond Sylvester at the Indian Lounge (Narragansett Cafe), 192 Columbus Ave. in the parking lot, on Sunday Sept. 1, 1991, from 12:00 noon to 6:00 PM.
Upon Motion made by Councilman Barry, seconded by Councilman Kinder, the following communication is READ AND ORDERED FILED AND REQUEST FOR AN OUTSIDE FUND RAISER PARTY IS APPROVED ON A UNANIMOUS VOICE VOTE.
