A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, August 7, 1991, at seven forty-six o’clock p.m. All the members are present except Councilman Rabbitt and Chairman Houle presides.
The reading the records of July 24, 1991, is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.

The Clerk is instructed to request a representative of the Cape Verdean Cultural Association, 44 West Avenue to appear at the pre-council session of the City Council on Wednesday, August 21, 1991.
Upon Motion made by Councilman Barry, seconded by Councilman Kinder, the meeting is adjourned at seven forty-eight o’clock p.m.
