A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, November 21, 1990, at seven thirty-four o’clock p.m. All the members are present except Councilmen Doyle and Robert Lynch; and Chairman Houle presides.
The reading of the records of November 7, 1990, is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
Communication from Fred E. Joslyn, Jr., City Solicitor regarding liquor licenses under the jurisdiction of the court system is READ AND ORDERED FILED.
THE FOLLOWING LICENSE WAS LAID ON THE TABLE AT THE MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 7, 1990, AND IS AGAIN TAKEN UP AND IS LAID ON THE TABLE AND LICENSE IS EXTENDED UNTIL DECEMBER 5, 1990:

THE CLERK IS INSTRUCTED TO REQUEST ARCADIA ENTERPRISES INC TO APPEAR AT A FORMAL HEARING ON DECEMBER 5, 1990, TO ANSWER NEIGHBORHOOD COMPLAINTS AND TO SHOW CAUSE WHY THIS LICENSE RENEWAL SHOULD BE GRANTED.

With majority consent of the Council, the following Motion made by Councilman Vieira seconded by Councilman Barry is passed on a unanimous voice vote:
The Clerk is instructed to send a communication to Fred Joslyn, City Solicitor, asking if Arcadia Enterprises Inc needs one license or multiple licenses at this establishment. This request is based on the fact that Arcadia has split their establishment into two types of facilities, one a bar and the other a banquet hall. A response is requested in time for the meeting of December 5, 1990.
The Clerk is further requested to request the Chief of Police to provide a computer printout of all police activities at Arcadia Enterprises Inc between November 21, 1990 and December 5, 1990. A copy of this report is also requested in time for the December 5th meeting.

Upon Motion made by Councilman Barry, seconded by Councilman Kinder, the meeting is adjourned at seven forty o’clock p.m.
