A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, May 23, 1990, at eight thirty-five o’clock p.m. All the members are present except Councilman Robert Lynch; and Chairman Houle presides.
The reading of the records of May 9, 1990, is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
THE FOLLOWING PETITION FOR LICENSE IS GRANTED ON A UNANIMOUS VOICE VOTE:

Pawtucket Octoberfest Committee Inc., for license to sell beer and wine at the Octoberfest Festival on Roosevelt Avenue, Slater Mill and Downtown areas, on Saturday, September 29, 1990, from 10 AM - 7 PM; Sunday, September 30, 1990, from 12 Noon - 7 PM. LIC #10
Upon Motion made by Councilman Barry, seconded by Councilman Kinder, the meeting is adjourned at eight thirty-seven o’clock p.m.
