A regular session of the Pawtucket Board of License Commissioners is held Wednesday, January 24, 1990, at eight five o’clock p.m. All the members are present and Chairman Houle presides.
The reading of the records of January 10, 1990, is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILMAN BARRY.
With majority consent of the Council, upon Motion made by Councilman Barry seconded by Councilman Kinder, to CONTINUE THE FORMAL HEARING REGARDING THE FOLLOWING IS CONTINUED AND THE LICENSEE IS ALLOWED TO MAINTAIN THE LIQUOR LICENSE WITH THE STIPULATION THAT THE ESTABLISHMENT REMAIN CLOSED UNTIL THE BUSINESS IS SOLD, ON A UNANIMOUS VOICE VOTE:
