A regular session of the Pawtucket City Council was held on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 9:06 p.m., in the Temporary City Council Chambers, 2"! Floor, 100 Freight St., Pawtucket, Video

Present — President Mercer, Councilors Araujo, Gregor, Moran, Moreno, Rubio, Stachowiak and Wildenhain.

 

Absent — Councilor Coderre.

 

President Mercer presided.

 

1.      The reading of the records of the May 12, 2026 Budget Workshop Session FY 2027 meeting; the May 20, 2026 Finance Committee meeting, Joint Finance Committee and Committee of the Whole meeting, City Council meeting; and the May 28, 2026 City Council meeting was dispensed with and the records were APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk. The Clerk was instructed to send a communication to Frank J. Milos, Jr., Esq., City Solicitor, requesting that he contact Joanne Bonollo, Chair, Pawtucket School Committee, to ask that she forward the above letter from Mr. Olivere to the School Committee’s legal counsel with the request that he commence a thorough investigation to determine if there was any abuse of office or other malfeasance based on the allegations in the letter from Mr. Olivere and report back to the School Committee with any findings.
