A regular session of the Pawtucket City Council was held Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at 8:10 p.m., in the Jenks/JMW Complex for the Performing and Visual Arts Media Center, 350 Division St., Pawtucket, RI. 
Present – President Mercer, Councilors Araujo, Coderre, Gregor, Moran, Moreno, Rubio, Stachowiak and Wildenhain.
Absent – 0.
President Mercer presided.
The reading of the records of the February 21, 2024 City Property Committee meeting and City Council meeting was dispensed with and the records were APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.

With majority consent of the Council, the following motion made by Councilor Rubio, seconded by Councilor Coderre, was PASSED on a unanimous voice vote:
The Clerk was instructed to send a communication to the Carl Johnson, Zoning Director; Sandra Cano, Commerce Director; Bianca Policastro, Planning Director; and Chris Crawley, Acting Director of Public Works; requesting that they develop and implement a regular maintenance plan on and around 1 Moshassuck Street. Also, the Council requested that all zoning requirements, especially fencing, be enforced to help reduce the illegal dumping in the area.
