A regular session of the Pawtucket City Council was held Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at 6:17 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI. 
Present – President Mercer, Councilors Araujo, Coderre, Gregor, Moreno, Rubio, Stachowiak and Wildenhain.
Absent – Councilor Moran.
President Mercer presided.

THE CHAIR RECOGNIZED COUNCILOR GREGOR
With majority consent of the Council, the following motion made by Councilor Gregor, seconded by Councilor Wildenhain, was PASSED on a unanimous voice vote:
The Clerk was instructed to send a communication to Bianca Policastro, Planning Director; Carl Johnson, Zoning Director; and Eric Hammerschlag, City Engineer, requesting information regarding the property at 1 Moshassuck Street to determine whether this property complies with both state and local development and construction standards as well as additional information including:

AYES – President Mercer, Councilors Araujo, Coderre, Gregor, Moreno, Rubio, Stachowiak and Wildenhain.
NOES – 0.
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCY AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE STATE OF RHODE ISLAND AND THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET, FOR THE APPROVED PROJECT ELIGIBLE FOR MRBP FUNDING 2025.
Council President Mercer adjourned the meeting at 6:33 PM.
