You are requested to attend a joint meeting of the City Council Ordinance Committee and the Committee of the Whole, to be held on Wednesday, November 29, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, 3^rd floor, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

 

1.     PUBLIC INPUT PERIOD Must Sign-in at City Hall or Join via Zoom 10 minutes prior to meeting.

 

THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE:

 

2.     Communication from David N. Patrick, President, Downes Construction Company, to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket City Council (City Hall Tower Construction)

 

3.     Update and discussion of the renovations and construction of city hall, including the tower and other necessary upgrades, as well as the potential move to Freight Street during construction.

 

THE ORDINANCE COMMITTEE AND THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE:

 

4.     AN ORDINANCE IN AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 410 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET 1996, ENTITLED “ZONING”. (Updates to Incorporate Required Changes due to Enacted Land Use Laws)
