A regular session of the Pawtucket City Council was held Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at 7:56 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI. 
Present – President Mercer, Councilors Araujo, Coderre, Gregor, Moran, Moreno, Rubio, and Wildenhain.
Absent – Councilor Stachowiak.
President Mercer presided.
The reading of the records of the April 19, 2023 City Council meeting, Finance Committee meeting and Ordinance Committee meeting, was dispensed with and the records were APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.
Upon motion made by Councilor Araujo, seconded by Councilor Moreno, the *Consent Agenda was APPROVED on a unanimous voice vote:

The Clerk was instructed to send a communication to Dylan Zelazo, Director of Administration, requesting that the Administration reach out to Maribel Echeverry McLaughlin, to ask if the Charter Review Commission had any unfinished business that they would want to present to the Council to consider for the November special election ballot.

The council would like an opportunity to ask him or a representative of Fortuitous questions about the project.

The Clerk was instructed to send a communication to Carl Johnson, Zoning Director, requesting additional information regarding the citation issued for the property at 1 Moshassuck Street. The Council also requested a status on the remediation on the property and asked that he notify RIDEM if they are not in compliance.
