City Council, June 8, 2022
A regular session of the Pawtucket City Council is held Wednesday, June 8, 2022, at 8:03 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI. 
Present – President Moran, Councilors Araujo, DaRosa, Gregor, Mercer, Schuette, Stachowiak, Vasquez and Wildenhain.
Absent – 0.
President Moran presides.
The reading of the records of the May 25, 2022 City Property Committee meeting, Finance Committee meeting, Joint Finance Committee and Committee of the Whole meeting and City Council meeting is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.
Upon motion made by Councilor Mercer, seconded by Councilor Wildenhain, the *Consent Agenda is APPROVED on a unanimous voice vote:
D. Communication from Stephen J. Sypole, Esq., representing AC Property Management LLC, to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket City Council, requesting a zone change at 120 Webster Street, AP9, L570, from Residential Two Family (RT) to Commercial General (CG) – IS REFERRED TO THE ORDINANCE COMMITTEE.

The Clerk is instructed to send a communication to His Honor, Mayor Donald R. Grebien, requesting that the clerk forward congratulations from the Council to the Administration for making Juneteenth a holiday for employees this year, giving the employees an opportunity to reflect on the meaning of the holiday, and asking that the City of Pawtucket takes action towards the issues of racism and others associated with Juneteenth.
