City Council, September 28, 2021

 

A special session of the Pawtucket City Council is held Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at 6:10 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI. 

 

Present – President Moran, Councilors Araujo, DaRosa, Gregor, Mercer, Vasquez and Wildenhain.

 

Absent – Councilor Schuette.

 

President Moran presides.

 

 

634   Communication from Council President David P. Moran, to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket City Council, calling a special session of the City Council on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. is READ AND ORDERED FILED.

 

 

028   Communication from James E. Thorsen, Director, RI Department of Administration, to Richard J. Goldstein, MMC, City Clerk.  (Disposition of Surplus State Land – 35 Owen Ave AP49 L756) IS REFERRED TO THE CITY PROPERTY COMMITTEE.

330   AN ORDINANCE IN AMENDMENT OF ARTICLE XII OF CHAPTER 40 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET, 1996, ENTITLED “FUNDS” (Alcohol Prevention Awareness Fund) AS AMENDED.

 

 

 

 

Upon motion made by Councilor Wildenhain, seconded by the entire City Councilor, the meeting is adjourned at 6:43 p.m., in memory former Director of Zoning & Code Enforcement Ronald Travers.
