The workshop session on Conant Thread District and citywide affordable housing issues will be conducted on Wednesday, June 12, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.  

 

The purpose of this workshop session is for the following:

 

DISCUSSION ONLY -

 

1.     Discussion of Property Neighborhood Stabilization Strategies.

2.     Discussion of a Neighborhood Stabilization Overlay Zone

3.     Discussion of Current City Programs and policies around affordable housing

 

 

This workshop is being called by Councilor Mercer, Chair of the Ordinance Committee and the Ad Hoc Committee on Economic Development and Neighborhood Improvement.
