A regular session of the Pawtucket City Council is held Wednesday, July 24, 2019, at 12:09 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – President Moran, Councilors Barry, Mercer, Vasquez, Vitali and Wildenhain.
Absent – Councilors Araujo, Kallman, and Rudd.
President Moran presides.
The reading of the records of the July 10, 2019 Committee on Claims and Pending Suits meeting, Finance Committee meeting and Ordinance Committee meeting is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.

Upon motion made by Councilor Mercer, seconded by Councilor Barry, the July 10, 2019 City Council records are AMENDED to reflect the following, which was inadvertently left out of the prepared minutes, on a unanimous voice vote:

The Clerk is instructed send a communication to Eric J. Earls, PE, Director of Public Works, asking him to revisit the cleaning of the graffiti on the fence along Rt.95 off of Cedar Street, as the fence belongs to a senior citizen who is blind in one eye. The Council believes that this graffiti affects the City more than the resident.
