City Council, July 19, 2017
A regular session of the Pawtucket City Council is held Wednesday, July 19, 2017, at 12:27 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – President Moran; Councilors Barry, Cano, Mercer, Vitali and Wildenhain.
Absent – Councilors Kallman, Rudd and Tetreault.
President Moran presides.
The reading of the records of July 5, 2017 is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.
Upon motion made by Councilor Mercer, seconded by Councilor Vitali, the *Consent Agenda is APPROVED, on a unanimous voice vote.

330 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A PAY PLAN FOR THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET FOR UNIFORM MEMBERS OF THE POLICE AND REPEALING CHAPTER 3109 IN ITS ENTIRETY JULY 1, 2017 – JUNE 30, 2020, AS AMENDED.

With majority consent of the Council, the following motion made by Councilor Barry, seconded by the Entire City Council, is PASSED on a unanimous voice vote:
The Clerk is instructed to send a communication to William E. Ankner, PhD, Director of Public Works, regarding the orange markings on the newly paved Armistice Boulevard. The Council is requesting to know why the street is marked up and hopes that the road is not going to be dug up so soon after it was repaved. They noted that the City is supposed to coordinate with the utilities so their work is done before the road is repaved.
Upon motion made by Councilor Vitali, seconded by Councilor Barry, the meeting is adjourned at 12:40 p.m.
