A special session of the Pawtucket City Council is held Tuesday, October 27, 2015, at 5:10 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI. 

 

Present – President Pro-Tempore Hodge, Councilors Barry, Bray, Cano, Mercer, Rudd, and Wildenhain.

 

Absent – President Moran and Councilor Tetreault.

 

President Pro-Tempore Hodge presides.

 

 

591   Communication from Council President Pro-Tempore, Thomas E. Hodge, calling a Special Session of the City Council on Tuesday, October 27, 2015, at 5:00 p.m. is READ AND ORDERED FILED.

 

 

The following ordinance is read for the SECOND TIME and PASSED on a roll call vote, as follows:

 

AYES – President Pro-Tempore Hodge, Councilors Barry, Bray, Cano, Mercer, Rudd, and Wildenhain.

 

NOES - 0.

 

330   AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF WATER REVENUE REFUNDING BONDS.

 

 

 

Upon motion made by Councilor Barry, seconded the entire City Council, the meeting is adjourned at 5:12 p.m.
